....to Sassy. Good grief.....what a hoot....anyone else remember Wacky Packs?? These were such huge collector things......talk about care-free fun....we had these all over our lockers and notebooks....and well just about anywhere a sticker could go...these things were fun and felt almost naughty well to a 10 year old it did (-- get yer minds outta the gutter!!!).....they were SO cool......go on over to their website and check them out......
Wacky Packages are stickers that were released by the Topps Chewing Gum company (and their Canadian partner OPC) from 1967 to the most recent series in 2004.
They parodied common household products and were extremely popular among children in the 1970's.
Between 1997 and 2004, with the help of the internet, Wackys experienced a great resurgence of popularity as more and more people in their 30's and 40's, recall this childhood craze and desire to re-collect them. Here are the top ten reasons why people love Wackys.
